I usually do this with drumsticks but you can do it on chicken breast. 

- Preheat oven to 350

- get some Season-All, and season allll over the chicken. I like to REALLY cover it. Both sides. 

I use a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up or a glass oven safe pan. 

- when oven IS HEATED TO TEMP 

Don’t do that “it cooks while oven heats up” stuff, haha I can’t stand that. I wait until the oven beeps ready

- put chicken in oven for about 30-45 mins. Will depend on your oven. 

I know it’s ready when it’s like golden brown and will look a little crunchy. 

LEAVE THE SKIN ON!! It’ll taste better.
